The scale of the delivery
A live residential tower build with 168 apartments, retail units and GSM rooms — every flat, riser and equipment room needing cabling, fiber, cameras and door hardware installed to programme without holding up the main contractor.
In-apartment Cat6A and RG6 cabling, a single-mode fiber backbone from apartment ONUs through FTR to MTR, 432-camera CCTV, 95-door access control and 82 racks across every equipment room.
Every link Fluke-tested, every fiber core spliced and tested, and every rack labeled to standard — an ELV package the main contractor could hand over without rework.
Real delivery, real engineers
The work at Al Jeel Tower, discipline by discipline — every system specified, installed, tested and commissioned on the ground by one accountable IP Care team.
