Renting the IP Care Conference Room Pack
The Conference Room Pack equips a meeting space for hybrid work in one booking: a 75-inch 4K commercial display, a Logitech Rally Bar with Tap IP controller, two Surface Pro 11 host devices and a Meraki MX85 firewall with an MR57 access point. It is certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, so the room joins calls in the way staff already expect.
An engineer installs and tests the full setup on site, and the pack can be ready within four hours of confirmation, subject to availability. It suits boardrooms, summits, hybrid events and temporary meeting rooms where there is no permanent AV, and where the room has to work the first time.
The rate is AED 1,160 per day, with weekly and monthly bands. Tell us the room size and the call platform and we will confirm the setup.

Plan on one to two days between confirmed order and delivery across the UAE. That window is the pre-delivery configuration work: imaging, enrolment and lockdown are completed before dispatch rather than at your site. Larger quantities or upcountry locations may need longer, so share your dates early.
