Renting the IP Care 10-Person Event Bundle
The 10-Person Event Bundle is a complete small-event IT package in one booking: ten Dell Latitude 5450 laptops, two Aruba AP-635 WiFi 6E access points, a FortiGate 60F firewall and an HP LaserJet printer. It is built for a team of about ten working at an event, a training course, a pop-up office or a project site.
The bundle is pre-configured before delivery, delivered and set up by our team, and includes an on-site technician on day one. Minimum rental is three days. Renting the pieces as a bundle avoids sourcing, configuring and coordinating four different items and keeps the network, laptops and printer working together from the start.
The rate is AED 1,780 per day, with weekly and monthly bands. If your event is larger, we scale the numbers up and size the network from your attendance.
