Renting the Ruckus R770 WiFi 7

The Ruckus R770 is a WiFi 7 (802.11be) access point rated up to 22 Gbps aggregate, with BeamFlex+ adaptive antennas that steer coverage towards clients rather than radiating evenly. Adaptive antennas help most where venues are awkward: long rooms, metal structures and crowds that absorb signal.

It needs 802.3bt Type 4 PoE, so the switching has to be able to supply it, and it is managed through RUCKUS One cloud or SmartZone. For deployments built on Ruckus already, the rental slots into the same management.

Rates start at AED 280 per day per access point, the top of the event WiFi range. Choose it for demanding, high-density venues and for clients who want to test WiFi 7. Note that client devices must also support WiFi 7 to benefit from its top speeds.

Typical deployments

High-density halls and arenas
Venues with difficult RF conditions
WiFi 7 evaluation before a purchase
Premium events with demanding media or streaming use

Frequently asked questions

Do guests need WiFi 7 devices to use the R770?

No. It supports earlier standards too, so existing phones and laptops connect normally. Only WiFi 7 devices reach its highest speeds.

What is BeamFlex+?

It is Ruckus adaptive antenna technology, which directs signal towards client devices rather than spreading it evenly, improving coverage and capacity in difficult spaces.

What is the minimum rental period?

One day. Daily, weekly and monthly rates are available, and the weekly and monthly bands offer better value on anything running beyond a few days. Rates shown are indicative, per unit and exclude VAT.

How quickly can this be delivered?

Plan on one to two days between confirmed order and delivery across the UAE. That window is the pre-delivery configuration work: imaging, enrolment and lockdown are completed before dispatch rather than at your site. Larger quantities or upcountry locations may need longer, so share your dates early.

Pairs well with

Ubiquiti UniFi E7: WiFi 7 at a lower day rate (AED 260 against AED 280) when the venue is not RF-difficult.
Fortinet FortiGate 200E: A firewall with SD-WAN, IPS and VPN between the event network and the internet.
