Renting the Fortinet FortiGate 200E

The FortiGate 200E is a next-generation firewall rated at 20 Gbps of firewall throughput, with IPS, VPN and built-in SD-WAN, managed through FortiGate Cloud or FortiManager. It is rented when an event or temporary site needs real perimeter security rather than a router with a firewall bolted on.

In event networks it sits between the venue uplink and the WiFi and wired networks, separating guest, press and operational traffic, enforcing policy and giving a log trail when something goes wrong. It is also used for temporary offices that must keep to a corporate security standard.

We configure the firewall before delivery to your policy, or to a standard event template. Rates start at AED 1,000 per day. For smaller sites the FortiGate 100D and 300C rent at a lower rate, and for the largest events the FortiGate 501E steps up to 36 Gbps.

Can you configure the FortiGate to our policy?

Yes. We pre-configure the firewall to your rules, or to a standard event template, before delivery, and an engineer can support it during the event.

Is there a smaller FortiGate for rental?

Yes. The FortiGate 100D (AED 150 per day) and 300C (AED 100 per day) in our networking range are smaller firewalls suited to small sites and short events.

What is the minimum rental period?

One day. Daily, weekly and monthly rates are available, and the weekly and monthly bands offer better value on anything running beyond a few days. Rates shown are indicative, per unit and exclude VAT.

How quickly can this be delivered?

Plan on one to two days between confirmed order and delivery across the UAE. That window is the pre-delivery configuration work: imaging, enrolment and lockdown are completed before dispatch rather than at your site. Larger quantities or upcountry locations may need longer, so share your dates early.
