Renting the Ubiquiti UniFi U6 Pro
The UniFi U6 Pro is a dual-band WiFi 6 access point rated at 5.3 Gbps aggregate and 300 or more concurrent clients. It is one of the lower-density options in the event WiFi range, aimed at meeting rooms, small exhibitions, hospitality areas and temporary offices rather than packed halls.
It runs on 802.3at PoE and is managed from a UniFi Network controller, which makes setup quick and gives a single dashboard for the whole deployment. That fits short rentals where speed of installation matters more than the last increment of capacity.
Rates start at AED 210 per day per access point. For halls with many hundreds of devices, step up to the AP-635 or one of the WiFi 7 models.
Typical deployments
- Meeting rooms and small exhibitions
- Hospitality and registration areas
- Temporary offices and site cabins
- Pop-up retail and brand activations
Frequently asked questions
Is the UniFi U6 Pro enough for a large event?
Not on its own. It supports 300 or more clients per unit, which suits smaller areas. For large halls we deploy higher-density access points such as the Aruba AP-635 or a WiFi 7 model, planned from your attendee numbers.
What do I need to run it?
A PoE (802.3at) switch port and a UniFi Network controller. We supply and configure both as part of the rental.
What is the minimum rental period?
One day. Daily, weekly and monthly rates are available, and the weekly and monthly bands offer better value on anything running beyond a few days. Rates shown are indicative, per unit and exclude VAT.
How quickly can this be delivered?
Plan on one to two days between confirmed order and delivery across the UAE. That window is the pre-delivery configuration work: imaging, enrolment and lockdown are completed before dispatch rather than at your site. Larger quantities or upcountry locations may need longer, so share your dates early.
