Renting the HPE Aruba AP-635 WiFi 6E

The HPE Aruba AP-635 is a tri-band WiFi 6E access point covering 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz, rated for up to 1,024 concurrent clients and 7.8 Gbps of aggregate throughput with a 4x4:4 antenna design. The 6 GHz band is the point: it is clean spectrum that most client devices are not yet crowding, which helps in halls where hundreds of phones are fighting over 5 GHz.

It is the access point behind many of our event deployments, and the one we use in the 10-Person Event Bundle. It is powered by 802.3bt PoE, so each unit needs a switch port that can supply it, and we include that in the design.

The number of access points you need depends on attendee count, expected usage and the venue, not the headline client figure. We run the RF survey and plan the layout, then deploy and support the network through the event. Rates start at AED 190 per day per access point.

How many people can one Aruba AP-635 support?

The unit is rated for 1,024 concurrent clients, but real capacity in a venue depends on usage and the radio environment. We plan access points from attendee numbers and expected traffic, usually well below the rated maximum per unit.

Does the AP-635 need special power?

It runs on 802.3bt PoE, so it needs a compatible switch port. We include suitable switching in the event design.

What is the minimum rental period?

One day. Daily, weekly and monthly rates are available, and the weekly and monthly bands offer better value on anything running beyond a few days. Rates shown are indicative, per unit and exclude VAT.

How quickly can this be delivered?

Plan on one to two days between confirmed order and delivery across the UAE. That window is the pre-delivery configuration work: imaging, enrolment and lockdown are completed before dispatch rather than at your site. Larger quantities or upcountry locations may need longer, so share your dates early.
