Renting the HP DesignJet T1700 44"

The HP DesignJet T1700 is a 44-inch large-format plotter for CAD, GIS and graphics, with PostScript and HP-GL/2 support. It prints drawings, site plans, posters and presentation boards at sizes an office printer cannot reach.

Rented plotters are used by contractors during a project, architecture and engineering teams meeting a submission deadline, and exhibition builders who need large graphics at short notice. HP-GL/2 support means it works with the CAD and engineering software those teams already use.

Rates start at AED 520 per day, with weekly and monthly bands. Tell us the media width and print volume, and we will confirm the media and ink needed for your job.

Typical deployments

CAD and engineering drawing sets
GIS and site plans for a construction project
Large posters and presentation boards
Submission deadlines that need A0 prints

Frequently asked questions

How wide can the DesignJet T1700 print?

It is a 44-inch plotter, which handles A0 and similar large formats.

Does it support CAD file formats?

It supports PostScript and HP-GL/2, the languages used by common CAD and GIS software.

What is the minimum rental period?

One day. Daily, weekly and monthly rates are available, and the weekly and monthly bands offer better value on anything running beyond a few days. Rates shown are indicative, per unit and exclude VAT.

How quickly can this be delivered?

Plan on one to two days between confirmed order and delivery across the UAE. That window is the pre-delivery configuration work: imaging, enrolment and lockdown are completed before dispatch rather than at your site. Larger quantities or upcountry locations may need longer, so share your dates early.
